Ravim RBC is working with Swinburne University’s Digital Technologies and Training Lab on developing a range of projects for research, government funding and industry application, including:
- researching behavioural insights and developing interventions (nudges) to improve service delivery;
- developing rural leadership and resilience skills; and
- developing construction industry responses to improve employee/apprentice mental health.
