We do not collect nor store sensitive information.

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect personal information only from the person concerned. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties. In such a case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the person concerned is made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.

Event Management Platform and Data Sharing
We use third-party event management platforms, including PheedLoop, to manage event registrations, communications, and on-site operations. In doing so, we may collect and share personal information such as your name, contact details, organisation, and attendance information with these providers.
These providers may store or process personal information on our behalf, including in overseas jurisdictions. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any such providers handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
At our events, exhibitors and sponsors may collect your personal information (for example, via badge scanning) where you choose to engage with them. Any information you provide to exhibitors or sponsors will be handled in accordance with their own privacy policies.
