Ravim RBC implemented a program of council-wide Service Reviews to align the Shire of Coolgardie’s service delivery against the community’s needs, expectations and preparedness to pay consisting of the following elements:

  • developed templates to collect service delivery data;
  • analysed and compared the service delivery data to identify gaps/opportunities for service improvement;
  • developed and delivered management training programs to:
    • establish service standards;
    • analyse service gaps and improvements;
    • develop KPIs;
    • establish reporting and monitoring of service delivery performance;
  • coached line managers responsible for conducting the service reviews;
  • developed recommendations to achieve service delivery savings and improvements;
  • developed business continuity plan as a response to the introduction of COVID-19 measures; and
  • reviewed service delivery and developed COVIDSafe service delivery plans.
